a. Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the Content you choose to send.
• You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to transmit any Content through the App and Service.
• You understand that while we implement security measures, the nature of data transmission means that you should exercise caution, especially when sending sensitive or confidential information. We strongly advise against sending highly sensitive data.

b. Account Security

• If you choose to use optional password protection for your device connection, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passcode.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your connection or any other breach of security.

• Transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Transmit Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
• Transmit Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
• Transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or Service or servers or networks connected to the App or Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the App or Service, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

• Minimal Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary for the App’s core functionality (user-transmitted content, technical data for connection).
• Encryption: All data transfers are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. User-transmitted content temporarily stored on our server is encrypted at rest in our database.
• Temporary Storage & Deletion: User-transmitted content is stored only temporarily on our server and is immediately deleted upon successful delivery to the receiving device. If not delivered, it is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• No Data Selling/Sharing: We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your user-transmitted content or personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• No Content Processing: We do not process user-transmitted content for any purpose other than facilitating the requested transfer.

• We do not warrant that the App or Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the App or Service will be accurate or reliable.
• You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the App or Service is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall [Your Company Name/Your Name] be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App or Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App or Service; (c) any content obtained from the App or Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
